| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Poor. We live about 70 miles from there so we made an appointment to have this done. They said to drop it off at 8:30 that morning. We did. They didn't finish it until 6 PM that evening. After we drove to an RV park there to stay the night. Tried the washer and dryer and there was water coming out of the bottom of our 5th wheel. They had not tightened the water hoses! Also they got mud on our carpet. They did clean some but still was dirty. This is a new unit! Offered to clean our carpet but we live so far from there we did it ourselves. The vent on dryer is not in right place either. I had asked them to make sure it was not on one of the decals and they didn't listen to me about that. It could have been moved an inch and would have been fine. There was no caulking around the vent for dryer either. | ||

| Service Performed: | Wind blew door back and door stopper went thru fiberglass shell. Dee's offered excellent alternatives at a very reasonable price | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Excellent. Take it from a consumer who has purchased three 5th wheels, when you buy you don't know how you will be treated after the sale in the service center. These folks a great, won't screw you over like the other folks!!!! | ||
