Please provide the name of your company, as it appears on the review, the date of service provided by the reviewer and the explanation of the problem from your perspective.           Date of Service:   2/23/2017   Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline   Service Performed:   Replace partially blown off 34' RV roof, we stayed in Brookings, protecting our RV for 3 days until a sunny day so Harold could take our RV. While he had the whole roof, he didn't cover it properly and flooded the whole RV, instead of telling us, he kept the RV an extra 4 weeks to try to dry it out. After we took possession the water damage and mold started showing up, and our RV ended up getting totaled out! This IDIOT Harold, seems to think he deserves to keep the $8,000 profit he made in replacing our fiberglass roof with an unauthorized vinyl roof, and destroying our RV. He keeps blaming the water damage on us, when we were there protecting it until he took possession, AND he's stupid enough to think we aren't out anything because the insurance paid him! He's a thief a liar and committed fraud! We are out the $30,000 we invested in our RV, a bunch of personal property and the mold made us sick because he tried to hide the fact that he destroyed our RV!   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Horrible, he charged $10,000 for a fiberglass roof and put on a $1,200 vinyl roof, without authorization. We asked for an estimate on the pilot light on our water heater, he put in a new circuit board and ruined our hot water heater, the water was Spaulding hot and overheating and blowing out the relief valve, instead of fixing it, he claimed to have done it for "free" and hung up on us! He did a horrible job on the roof, there are wrinkles in the corners and he was so cheap he jerry rigged a metal rim to go around the whole roof, and didn't even leave a place for water to run off! It holds water until it get so full gallons of water will just pour off all at once.   Value of Service:   Poor   Quality of Service:   Poor       Date of Service:   9/27/2013   Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel   Service Performed:   Furnace motor replacement. Water heater thermostat replaced.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   The do mobile repairs on most RV systems. Did the repairs quickly and inexpensively. They were on site within 20 minutes of my call and completed the repair the following day after getting the furnace motor in.   Value of Service:   Excellent   Quality of Service:   Excellent               Date of Service:   2/28/2013   Company Contact:   Harold   Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel   Service Performed:   Called at 7 AM with a leak in my roof and Harold was there by 7:20 AM fixing and repairing the leak.
