We were having trouble with one of our slides hanging up and not coming
in. When it did come it was catching on something and making a loud popping sound. I had taken it to a Camping Word in Florida and they couldn't figure out the problem. We were up in Upper PI on a trip called Elkhart Sales & Service to see if they would look at on our way back to Florida. |

We came in the day before our appointment and planed to spend the
night. Tom Bumpus had some time before another appointment so he took a look at our problem and knew right away what the problem was. An amperage problem with the side motor, an some screws had backed out and the screw heads were catching. This took him all of ten minutes. He had everything repaired and working perfectly in all of 30. This is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy organization. I highly recommend them with out any reservation. |

Tom worked on our coach tirelessly. With his 20 years experience working for Monaco he was able to diagnose our problem and come up with a solution. We
decided it would be best to wait until we got back to Florida to put in the order for the ILB that we need replaced. Although Tom and Eric made close to a dozen calls trying to get the Medallion tech on the phone we were only charged for about an hour and a half's labor. In addition to that we stayed the night in their campground free of charge. We can't say enough about the wonderful service they provide. |

Tom gave us fantastic service, in at 3:00 pm, diagnosed and parts in hand by 4:00 pm, overnight hookup and repair started 7:00 am - on the road by
9:45 am. This kind of service is not only exceptional but all but unheard of now days! |

We had a punch list of items. Over the door awning, VIP Smart Wheel, Slide issues, intermittent multiplex. Body work for a scratch down the side. All items
were addressed and repaired to our satisfaction at a very fair price. We also had an air leveling issue and they set up an appointment for us at Stuarts and that was corrected in an hour. If they can not fix it they know who can. We also had the TV upgraded and put in a residential refrigerator. |

This was the most stress free visit I have ever had to a repair facility. PJ and Tom care about customer satisfaction and go out of their way to make sure your
coach is fixed properly. If we are close this would be our go to place. |

We first met PJ at All 4 One Service in Edwardsburg, Mi a few years ago when he did some body work on our Monaco Diplomat. Since then All 4 One
has merged with Elkhart Sales and Service. He and co-worker Tom did a great job fixing all our problem areas and got us back on the road in a day. |
