Everyone at Paramount was friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job replacing our electric awning and we would recommend them to anyone needing
repair work while in the Reno area. |

Paramount is THE BEST repair shop we have ever visited!!!!!!!!!!!! We were stuck in the middle of the Nevada dessert with steps that would not
retract. We were able to disconnect them, but the gear was stuck and was blocking step retraction. We called Paramount and they agreed to see us as soon as we could arrive the very same afternoon. We limped into Reno and found Paramount right off the highway. Two technicians and the service manager came right out to see what they could do. Within 15 minutes, they had our steps retracted and tied up. They offered to repair them the next morning but we had to go to the airport and couldn't wait. When we went in to pay, they didn't charge us anything! They said it was such a quick fix that it was no charge. They were the most professional efficient people we have ever dealt with. Thank you Paramount!!!!! |
