Evaluation of Service Performed:
How do you evaluate value and quality? I went into the shop with a failing pump and 1 week later I left with a new pump that so far is working.
However, if I had the same experience again I would pay the $1000 to get the coach towed up the road to St. George to the Cat or Freightliner
dealer. These people are a small shop. They are terrible communicators. You will constantly be in the dark about the progress of the job. You
definitely do not want to have your work done there if there is a warranty company involved. They don't know how nor do they have the time nor
do they at all like to work with a warranty company. If you don't have a choice they will probably get the repair done but just be prepared for a
long, frustrating and expensive experience.
