Dictionary definition of Integrity is "quality of being
honest and having strong moral principles" and that is
exactly what you get from Integrity RV. We are a
British couple and full time when we're in the US, so
finding a good service centre is difficult as we're
always on the move. We first visited Integrity last
year on the recommendation of the RV Loft in Marietta
where we store our Monaco Executive. We're back again
this year to a warm southern welcome and have again
received great service at a reasonable price. They
kindly allowed us to stay a few nights in their lot
while we visited a local Jeep dealer for repairs to our
toad. Thank you so much Dean, Peggy and your Team for
your exceptional service. Sure we'll be back again,
hopefully for maintenance work rather than repairs next
time.

Took my rig in and told Dean that my refrigerator wasn't working. I did a good bit of digging and my diagnosis was that I needed a new cooling unit. I
wanted an Amish unit instead of the stock Norcold. I found several for around $600 (plus installation). Dean called me up two days later and said come pick up my coach. He did a diagnosis of his own and found out that it was a $12 thermistor relay. Total cost, $67.

Work was completed in less than a week. After getting an open request to look for anything...the only thing they hit me for was a serpentine belt that was
cracking. Corrected the electrical problem and provided an estimate for bodywork including several options to keep cost down. This is my 6th trip to
Integrity and each time I've been impressed by the quality of work and the value I received.

We called Integrity shortly after a blowout on the highway nearby, tire was replaced at a big box store right off highway. We called at 12:15 and were told
they would have someone look at it any time after 1:00. They were able to repair our brake damage, tape up the side where the tires had caused damage, patch am annoying roof leak, and we were back on the road again just after 2:00. The price was very reasonable.

Work performed in just a few days at a lower price than expected. Excellent workmanship. Mechanic took the time to figure out that the awning over the
slide had been mounted earlier upside down and was causing the slide to stick. He took it off, remounted it right side up and no further problems. Excellent
work.

We just had our Bus serviced by them and they did an excellent job at a reasonable price. They even repaired our malfunctioning toilet without
having to order expensive parts that would have cost more and lengthened the turn-around time. They had our Bus less than a week, and were able
to fix everything on our list except the driver's and passenger's side MCD Blinds that stopped working. They spent a considerable amount of time on
the phone with the MCD Techs trying, but could not get them to work. We concluded they will probably need to be replaced. But, despite the time
expended trying to repair them, there was no charge because they could not get them working. They really do live up to their name!
