| Service Performed: | Roof inspection, fixing of tow vehicle lights (installed by them) and installation of wiper blades. | ||

Poor, the wiper blades were not adjusted properly and were overpriced, $68 vs $50 elsewhere and they tried to charge me for installation, even though they had told me there was no charge for installation. The tow lights were not fixed, had to call technician out before I left, to correct the problem, and they charged for what I felt should have been covered under workmanship warranty. Also, it took them two days to do a roof inspection, even though I had an appointment.
I have previously used them for various services and found them to be reasonable and professional. However, they have had a change in service manager and customer representative. Since that change their prices have dramatically increased and their customer service has become completely unsatisfactory. They have developed a common practice of trying to slip in additional charges, without having gotten them authorized. Although I used to like them, I will not be returning. |
