Engine diagnostic work done, DPF cleaned. Service work done. After getting home, no mention of chassis/drive line lube done. Shop admitted they forgot
to do chassis lube so had to take coach back (40 mile round trip) for that. Weeks later discovered they did not change air filter on genset. Filter was
completely clogged causing genset to shut down prematurely. Complained to site manager who was apologetic and thanked me for the feedback.

Very neat and clean. They had to work thru the bedroom floor for both the engine manifold and the turbo exhaust. Not a speck of dirt or grease. The mechanic took off his shoes every time he entered the coach. Identified the problems immediately.
