Julieanne who answers phone (usually) is an extension of owner, Ronnie Baker. She is super professional, knowledgeable and detailed. She laid out
several possible solutions to problem and probable costs and had all availability researched before Ronnie arrived at site. He teaches the stuff at rallies and his addressing the problem was right on. Found that power share setting did not allow unit to charge adjusted it to do so, then re-wired the battery connections to better equalize charging thru all 4 house batteries. Darn lucky to find him/them. |
