While there we also asked that a couple of additional dings/dents we'd picked up be repaired.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   From the day we first contacted CT Motor Cars & Coaches (CTMCC) until after we got our rig back home, the service and quality of workmanship was outstanding. The stress crack was a warranty repair, and once CTMCC had the Jayco rep's contact information they handled everything from there. Communication throughout the repair process was great, including the pictures we were sent to show progress. The repair itself is flawless - if it wasn't for the relief joint that we asked be added, we'd never know the repair had been made. To be clear, the relief joint blends perfectly and looks like it came from the factory, it's just something that wasn't there before which is the only reason we can tell a repair was made. The couple of other dings and dents we had repaired are also flawless. First was basic mechanicals - oil change, lube, service generator. I also had them replace the oil pan as the previous owner must have bounced the coach on a rock as it was badly dented. All of these services were performed satisfactorily. The second major piece of work I had them do involved body repair from an accident caused by a large SUV that decided to steer into the front drivers corner. There was mostly paint damage although the side camera and front cap molding was also badly damaged and required replacing. There was some minor scuffs and scratches on the passenger side not caused by the accident that I also had them address since they were going to be doing paint work anyhow.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   The overall result of their work can only be expressed as absolutely beautiful. One would never know the damages that were repaired were there previously and all painted surfaces match perfectly with the older full body paint. Perfect paint match. They have 5 sites with water and power. We did not have a service appointment, but they let us stay until they could squeeze us in. Well organized and clean. The painting on the body work was fantastic and you cannot tell where the repairs were. They have a full paint booth for the RV's. The upfront staff was excellent in maintaining communication with me via email and handled all interactions with the insurance company. They specialize in Tiffin's and can do anything Red Bay can do.
