I brought a new travel trailer to camping world for a plumbing
modification. Ended up having to replace the vinyl flooring due to primer and cement spilled on the floor. I took the trailer in the first of June I received the trailer in September. The following extra repairs had to be made due to damage incurred by the service personnel, Flooring replaced External body damage Electrical short in antenna wire burned up wire but didn�t damage trailer Entertainment center damaged to the point it will have to be replaced, on my dollar The new trailer now looks like a ten year old neglected trailer |

Took it in for A/C service leak, leak at moonlight in bathroom. They had our RV for over 2 weeks and did not fix anything. After several attempts of
contacting them to approve repairs and giving an okay to do so, they still did not make any repairs. I even called the service writer and told her again to do the repairs. Called back a week later and she had forgotten what I told her to do and almost forgot my what was wrong and told me she would call me back. Three days later and after several more attempts from me to find out if they had done any repairs, she finally called me back and told me they found what was wrong with the A/C and they were supposed to be fixing it and the roof, nothing was done. |

Very poor from the very beginning, i would recommend never taking your RV to this place. It is pitiful as this gives "Camping World" a bad name. I even
left a message for the GM and service manager and never got a return call. |

The Pooler, Georgia Camping World staff took 5 weeks to completely screw up my coach. They couldn't find a single microwave oven in the entire US to fit a 2002 Fleetwood motor home. They damaged my jack system and thus had to repair their own damage. They installed a new inverter wrong so that my batteries won't charge. My fridge is -20 degrees in freezer portion but 52 degrees in the lower fridge part. They say that it's within tolerance. They failed to check the entertainment electronics and when I picked it up discovered all the entertainment electronics in the upper cabinet were fried.
Bottom line is I had to take it back for them to repair the damage they caused and complete the original repairs they failed to do. When I got home I noticed all the hydraulic lines to the rear jack system were hanging within inches of the pavement below my coach. Camping World of Pooler, Georgia can't seem to make simple repairs without creating other needed repairs. Warning....do not take your RV to Camping World in Pooler, Georgia unless you want to have them completely screw up every operating system in your RV. |
