Had a problem with the back air conditioner. Repair came out and determined it was a bad capacitor, so we paid for the part to be ordered and was
assured they would be out to put it in as soon as it was delivered. Of course this was over the holiday weekend so on Tuesday after the holiday I called to
see if the part was in. Yes the part was there but could not come out until 1 p.m. on Wednesday. When he finally got here at 12:45 p.m. he had the part in
and was done before 1 p.m. So temperature was over 100 degrees and we were very uncomfortable, I understand other commitments but I also feel this
company does not value customer service. I could understand if the job would have taken hours but to make us wait in 100+ degree weather when it was a
10 minute fix was wrong.

Problem diagnosed quickly. Part was put in, in less than 10 minutes. Being made to wait when they had he part in hand in over 100 degree weather
unnecessary, they do not seem to value their customers. Was not charged a service call but was charged an hour labor for maybe 30 minutes actual
work.

Install new air conditioner in the front bedroom area. Tom had his son take care of the air conditioner
installation. This was done during temps of over 100 and over 2 weeks. First they installed the new air, and said that it
would not work without a new control board at a cost of $121.00 plus tax, and that I would have to pay for it. I have
asked them 3 times if the control board from the old air conditioner would work and of course they told me no all three
times, after paying for the board they tried to install it and said that it was a bad control board.

That took another 2 weeks, of course they wanted any moneys for parts in advance. Guess what the second board did not
work also. I asked them again why not use the control board from the old unit, which they finally did, and it worked.
We have not been able to get any of the wrong charges of money back. Now the new Air Conditioner is making a sound and
vibrates when on. Called Tom and he said that I should get $200 back and that the new air needed a damper under the new
unit. Does Dometic know this is going on with their units, if so why not supply one with the unit. Now after a few
weeks the Air in shutting off cold air but keeps ruining for a while after, I am talking 15 or 20 minutes. I have
called many times and not received a return call, and my wife got to him and he said he would be by at 9:30 to take a
look at it is 4:15PM and I hope he ment 9:30 PM not AM but I don't think so. Also he gave us a photo copy of the
registration card to send in for a warranty.

We explained to them that we were leaving town in 2 days and work must be completed the following day. They came out to our site and requested a $700.00 "parts deposit" so they could go to Las Vegas and get parts. Then they didn't show up all day. After several calls to them, we requested our money back. They finally showed up at dusk and quickly installed the a/c. It NEVER worked right. After suffering through the hottest summer in Michigan history, we had a local company check it. They found that the duct work to the front of the 5th wheel was 95% blocked and that is why the kitchen and bedroom never cooled. I sent a copy of the work order from the 2nd company and requested that they reimburse us the $75.00 that we paid to have the duct work fixed. They have never responded. I would NEVER recommend this company for any repairs.

My mother hired Alex and Tom to do a few odd jobs on her 5th wheel and fence. They completed the stairs and most the fencing. When she hired them to finish the fence as well as to fix the roof and heating system they required her to pay $2,000 up front so that they could purchase needed equipment. It has been over a year and they have not made any attempt to accomplish any of the jobs they were hired and paid to do. They have contacted my mother on several occasions to make excuses as to why they have not been able to the work. Now they have purchased a part that will not fit the fifth wheel and have told my mother she will be responsible to sell it to get her money back. It has been nothing but delays and frustration with these two. They will not refund her money so she can hire someone else and still have made no attempt to do the work.

I can not evaluate the work of these two since they have yet to even try to accomplish it.
