Wonderful. Leon is great to work with, did everything in a few hours from the outside access port. Very good work, very reasonable price. Took the time to
go over what he did, kept me updated each step of the repair, and went over operational issues when done. Will absolutely take any future work back to this company. Small shop that treats you as a valued customer, not another number in a line. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Completely disassembled box from cooling unit inside motorhome, so no windows removed. Excellent work by the very knowledgeable technician/owner. Installed a on site rebuilt cooling unit with a 3 year warranty, which is more than Norcold will do. This is a one man shop that is owned and ran by a young Amish man who specializes in repair of RV refrigeration, RV A/C and gas household units used in the community. The Good Sam Extended Service Plan will work with him. | ||
