I had my Tiffin serviced. Got all my warranty items fixed. They recommended some sealant work on my roof as well as treating my slide outs. Best money i
ever spent. Work much better and saved my roof from water damage. Also got a Direct TV multi roof genie install. AWESOME! Brought my CRV back and got it setup to tow. So nice to be able to have a car on my trips. |

After installing the system on our class A, and keeping our car 2 days to install and marry equipment for the car to be towed, we arrived when called for
pickup and nothing had been done to the car (though extra miles were on the odometer). They then did the work while we watched. Months the later, we found that they had not installed the wire to keep the car battery charged while being towed and our battery drained entirely requiring a jump and charge. The faulty camera monitor was replaced with a unit slightly larger than the original. After months of driving the unit fell out due to the use of the wrong type of screws to hold it in place. |

I used them on 3 occasions and each time something was done incorrectly or in an unprofessional manner. I am shocked as to how poorly they communicate and perform their
services. Being a Tiffin dealer I expected better. Had I known earlier I could use other center for warranty work I would have never gone back after my 1st experience. I was actually told by the owner Tiffin does not pay him enough for warranty work, basically insinuated I am getting what he is paid for.....nice!! |
