I wrote the original review on Chet Kruszka'a
Service. I have used them since. However, after my most recent visit I found that my motor home was searched for drugs, I found generic Tylenol on the floor with grease on them, as if someone was startled or hurried rifling through my medicine cabinet. Also, bedroom slide was cracked open and the rear window drapes were on the floor as if someone slid along the wall to get to the storage cabinets above the bed. In addition, stopping for gas on the way home i noticed one of my chrome hub cap (22.5 inch aluminum wheels with hub caps) lying on the ground. I met directly with the owner, Mike Kruszka. He was dismayed by what I told him and he informed me he would look into it and get back to me. He didn't nor would he return my calls. I eventually went back to the shop to speak again directly to Mike. He told me he investigated the incident, fired their youngest/newest employee. However, he told me the lug/hub cap nut wasn't their fault and offered me a free oil change for my troubles. I did not take him up on the offer nor will I be returning for service to Chet Kruszka's! |

| Service Performed: | Flush and fill cooling system, recharge dash A/C, determine reasons generator would not start and reason for only half of coach receiving power when last run. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Excellent work done on all repairs. Dash A/C recharge is usually a code for rip offs, Kruczka's determined no leaks etc. only needed small recharge. Blowing at 50 when brought in, now at 38. Determined that mice got into the genset, had to remove from RV to do full evaluation, found chewed wires that were shorting out the unit and re-installed like new. | ||
