Work Done on:
5th Wheel Trailer

Service Performed:
Adjust slides under warranty

Evaluation of Service Performed:
One slide on the trailer was leaning out when extended so I was advised by Keystone to go to this authorized dealer. When the Service Manager found out this 2012 trailer was under warranty he was quick to say that I was going to have to pay for the work out of my pocket and submit to Keystone for reimbursement. Appointment was for October 27th and after they kept the trailer for a month I received a bill for $522.00 for adjusting one slide which I got back in worse condition. Keystone did reimburse me but had concerns why it was so much to adjust one slide. They said they were going to follow up with Guarantee where I dont know what resolve was made.
The dealer didnt seem like they had much knowledge on Montana trailers even though they were an authorized dealer so they had to contact the factory as he had the impression that it was out of square. Turned out everything was within specs and that it only needed adjustment to straighten the lean. I got the trailer back in worse condition just as the snow was flying here where I couldnt take it back to them to sit another month on their lot. After what I saw and experienced from this dealer I would rather pay someone who knows what they are doing than to darken their doorstep again.
