| Service Performed: | Norcold refrigerator stopped working. We had just had a new cooling unit installed 4 months prior. When I spoke to Brian on the phone he thought it was the board. Turned out to be the recall that failed so Norcold sent another. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Campers RV Center has a full hook up campground next door. Since we were waiting for parts we didn't have to pay anything. The camp hosts even had a freezer so we didn't lose anything from our freezer. | ||
