After determining what I needed they installed both within 3 days. Very professional & knowledgeable, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing
service in the Myrtle Beach area. As a note their now called just "Camping Connection". |

| Service Performed: | We arrived at Huntington Beach State Park with a broken landing jack, inquired at check in about mobile RV Service, were given positive comments and business card of Grand Strand Camping Connection. Telephoned for service appointment in late afternoon, technician and assistant arrived about noon the next day. Technician was obviously skilled and efficient, systematically determined that a pin had sheared because of something binding within the jack leg. His company ordered a new jack leg which arrived and was installed 4 days later. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Efficient appointment system and parts ordering. Excellent technician. No delays. Reasonable charges; $300 for part and shipping, $200 for service which included two visits to my camp site. This company does parts and service only, no RV Sales--our strong preference for good service. | ||
