Evaluation of Service Performed:   Hello, just want to say a BIG THANKS to Corey Robertson and Trey (and a
few others) who made our repair experience wonderful. We needed a new
battery and arrived at 7:45 on Saturday 3/16. A fellow met us in the drive
and got it started. The new battery was changed and our propane filled in
less than 45 minutes. I got a comp donut and everyone tried to sell me a
new RV/TRailer! Trey did up sell me a 2 year extension to Good Sam.
Wonderful bunch of folks you got there and we will be at our CW in Island
Lake when we next begin to purchase. Let Marcus know!

Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Needed slide cable repaired, slide
topper replaced and have the tires
flipped and rotated.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The cable and the slide topper were
fixed as requested. Took 5 weeks
for them to do the work. The tires
were not flipped, only rotated. One
tire was nearly half and they did
not offer to sell me a new one. The
big downer forms was that when I
first entered the RV there was
plastic bits and pieces all over the
floor. I just assumed it was repair
part crap. The salesman was going
to close the slides, but I told him
to wait until I swept the floor. We
left with our RV, but then 2 days
later I realized what all the
plastic pieces were - my drawer
safe! The safe was gone!! Luckily,
I took nearly everything out of the
safe before we dropped it off, save
some small cash and some back-up
credit cards.

When we called CW, they said there
was nothing they could do. I called
the Strafford PD and made a report.
I also received a survey request the
other day from CD and I was not
kind!

The work done by VS was fine.
However, I think they lack some
management skills in either
controlling their workers access to
RVs, or they have a very poor RV key
access management system.

Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Replace front steer tires.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Incompetent. They destroyed a simulator hubcap. They said they would "make it right" they pounded and tac welded it and slapped it back on the wheel. We
told them it needs to be replaced because it was undamaged when we brought it in. They agreed and said it would be "about a week". Its been a month and
still no hubcap. We asked what the hold up was and they told us " we don't make them" we asked how long and now they say "we don't know". It will cost us
$600.00 to replace it because they come in a set and that's after we paid $1500.00 for shoddy work. DO NOT GO HERE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

  Date of Service:   6/20/2016
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Generator Repair - Onan
Evaluation of Service Performed:   A great service experience saved our entire trip! Traveling from Georgia on a 6 week cross-country trip to the West Coast during June, we were in route to
pick up our Grandchildren to join us. Our generator failed in route and wouldnt start. With 100 degree temperatures in Missouri and facing 120 degree
temperatures ahead in the deserts, we knew the generator powering the overhead AC units was critical. Despite a very busy service department, the
Michael was able to get us time with service tech Kevin. Kevin processed methodically to eliminate the simple and obvious problems. After all attempts had
been exhausted, the service manager George took over. George, who hereafter should be known as the diesel whisperer, finally coaxed the generator
alive. An intermittent fuel pump was the final diagnosis. Michael then accommodated us with on site overnight camping as the replacement part couldnt
be delivered until the next morning. He even gave us his personal cell phone in case we had a need during the night.

The following day, Kevin and Steve made the final installations while enduring yet another bath of diesel fuel as they had to make all repairs from
underneath the vehicle. The team next invested the extra time of letting the generator run and inspecting for any leaks or other problems. We completed
the trip of the lifetime with our generator running flawlessly. My wife and I own a Servpro franchise and are blessed with a team of 15 great service people.
We know firsthand, the challenges of providing such great service to the public. Too many customers of our generation are quick to find fault, but slow to
compliment. Let me praise the entire team at Camping World, Springfield, Mo. Each person was compassionate to our needs and the emergency that we
encountered. Every person was polite and courteous during our every interaction. They were competent and skilled in their work. They tackled the repair in
a cost-effective manner by starting with the simplest, fastest and least costly solutions. Just the way I would spend my own time and money doing repairs
myself. George, as team leader, moved energetically around the entire facility pollenating each of his teams as he was needed. He was holding the first
standup meeting with his crew before I had started my morning coffee. Michael, courteously and effectively dealt with a perpetually deep line of summer
time customers, while ensuring that each of us felt properly attended to. Kevin, lay on the boiling asphalt (there wasnt room inside any repair bays),
drowned in diesel fuel yet remained cheerful and engaged throughout. Within the first hour, I felt a confidence and trust for this team as I do with the
mechanics that care for our fleet at home. It was quickly evident that this level of professionalism is the daily standard at Camping World, Springfield.
Thanks again to Kevin, George, Michael and Steve for delivering such excellent customer service to our family.

Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Assorted warranty repairs ranging from replacing drawer latch to replacing refrigerator and several items in between.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   We have purchased 2 5ers from them and they have always done a great job of scheduling the inspection/assessment and also of scheduling the repair once
the necessary parts have arrived. Great service. I have not had any out of warranty repairs done by them, shop labor rate is $125/hr, seems a little pricey.

Service Performed:   They reset a circuit breaker.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   When we arrived the day before, their "expert" could not diagnose the problem. They had to bring it in the next day. After 2 minutes with the
mechanic the problem was solved. They charged me $140 for the 2 minutes work

Service Performed:   Checked out microwave oven that was not working.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   When they found out that they could not fix it they called Good Sam where we had a service policy and were instructed to send me to an appliance repair shop, but they had thrown the oven in the trash thinking they would sell me a new one, causing more damage to the oven insuring that it could not be fixed.
