| Evaluation of Service Performed: | VERY GOOD! I emailed ahead of my arrival and they ordered the necessary parts and had them by the time I arrived. When I advised them I was in town, they immediately came out to my site and replaced the defective part, all covered under warranty except for a small service charge. All very convenient and efficient. David, the installer was very knowledgeable and friendly. | ||

| Service Performed: | O'B replaced our Atwood oven under warranty. We contacted Atwood at the end of summer about the problem. After e-mailing pictures of the oven problem to Atwood, they asked where we wanted it repaired. Since we spend the winter in Yuma, we asked for O'B. Atwood said fine and when O'B got set up for the winter season, he called and verified a date to change out the faulty oven. O'B was here on time, and had the job completed with out any hassle. | ||
