  Date of Service:   5/18/2018
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Do NOT use this place for service! 15 days ago I
dropped off my RV for service. The rear axle seal
needed to be replaced. For the first 8 days the
service rep lied to me about the delays saying they
were waiting for a parts estimate from the
manufacturer, the manufacturer. Meaning Ford, now
never for simple auto repairs have I ever heard of
someone contacting the manufacturer. On top of I'm
supposed to believe it took 6 days to get a quote on
parts for the most popular gas chassis for RV's. The
service rep, when confronted with questions about
above statement, gives me an attitude and begins to
tell me "it's our busy season" " our parts department
may not have gotten to the list for your vehicle yet
they are busy" etc... more lies.
I finally get the service manager show assures me he
will get the parts and have my unit back to me in a
few days, 7 days later they have not contacted me at all. So I
go to the store and unit still isn't done and now both
the service rep and service manager give me an
attitude, however now they assure me my unit will be
done today after first telling me it might be done.
So as I sit here waiting to see if they lied to me yet
again I CANNOT recommend Camping World to anyone. I
beg you to read my review and look at spending your
money elsewhere. I know this is the last time I will
work with them
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Today I drove to the dealership to demand my unit be
returned so I can take it to a mechanic who will fix
my rig before my trip on Monday. The service rep and
manager were both rude and uncaring about the fact
that they have held my rig for 15 days while knowing
that I needed it back asap to get ready for my trip.
when I arrived today I was first informed that it
"should" be ready today and that they "should" get to
it this afternoon. When I started demanding my unit be
returned they then said they'd get it in right now and
start. 4 hours later they produced my rig and as of
now all work appears to have been completed.

  Date of Service:   2/19/2016
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   E-track installed, extra TV mount installed, warranty work, slide out awning installed.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Took entirely too long and when I picked up vehicle, was left way too low to hook up to and license plate, frame and bracket was missing. When I and still NO
phone call called the service department they said they checked the lot and would have to wait until the snow melted to find it. Here it is the end of April and
still no phone call back. Also minor damage to rear door of camper that no body seems to know anything about. For being an "Elite" member of Good Sam,
the "front of the line" is BS also.

  Date of Service:   7/1/2015
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   20,000 service and first service in April.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Questionable at best, Lube job charged but not done. As a result it cost Freightliner a complete set of front brakes to resolve braking issues. The technician
stated that the chassis had "never" been lubricated!

  Date of Service:   5/5/2011
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Install 4 new Goodyear tires.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The tires were mounted in 6 hours (4 more than promised). Old valve stems were used even though I was charged for new. The hubs were drilled multiple times to mount a
flexible extended hose because they didn't have the correct stems. Roger in the service department said he would order new hubs and contact Wingfoot to fix but he didn't follow through.
