I had removed the old CRT from over the dash and
wanted to install a new flat screen. I bought the bracket and marked where I needed the screws placed. It was being screwed into a metal plate. The installation was exactly what I wanted. Customer service was professional and friendly. I was greeted when I walked in the door. While inside my RV the service tech treated it with care as his own. I would not hesitant to return for more repairs and service. |

Electric steps not going up and down - fixed.
Electric levelers not working - fixed. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | The repairs took a while due to the difficulty in getting replacement parts and there is only one guy that works on RVs. While the motorhome was there I needed to pick it up so I could winterize it. I found one of the storage bay doors wide open. It was not parked in a secure lot and I was lucky that it had not rained recently. When I finally did pick it up after all the repairs were completed I found bird poop in the motorhome. Some was on the dash so it was clearly visible but was not cleaned up before I picked the motorhome up. Would I use them again? Probably. Would I suggest them if your passing through and need something looked at. Yes. | ||
