  Service Performed:   Engine light came on. They ran diagnose and said we needed to replace turbo. Waited a week to get part. Once parts were in, excuse after excuse, another
issue after another issue. "This is a very complex engine" alternated with "we are the only and best Cat specialists in the nation who can work with this".
Delay after delay. $8700 and a week later (most of which the extended warranty said that too much labor was charged for the work and wouldn't pay for the
overage).
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   After all that, 10 miles later the check engine light came on again. Another service center determined the issue was that the driver needed to manually shift
during major up/downhill roads instead of relying upon the automatic transmission. That investigation only cost $300. So Holt REALLY missed the mark and
REALLY socked us! CAVEAT EMPTOR!

  Service Performed:   Exhaust manifold gasket needed replacing in a Cat 3208. I was quoted $1200 for the job and they said it would take a day and a half. After 2 days they said they needed to do a new quote because of 2 broken bolts that needed to be drilled out. It took them 3 days to come up with $6,000 for the job.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   They took off the manifold and that was all they did. Their prices were WAY out of line! I learned a lot about them from all the other shops and past employees that no longer work for them. They were VERY rude!! I would NEVER let them anywhere near my rig again. I am having it towed to a reputable shop nearby
