Have used Modern Trailer for
multiple repairs on 3 different trailers over the years. Repairs included replacing hail damaged skylights and vent covers, electric brake issues, complete awning replacement, RV battery problems, ordering extra parts I could replace myself, assistance getting parts for my Barker Blue Tote, RV gadgets, and probably a hundred or more 30 pound propane fill ups. Been using them for over 10 years and service has always been too notch. They are great at scheduling an appointment, figuring out what the problem is, giving me a time estimate, and then letting me decide if I want 5hem to keep the camper waiting on parts or take it back home and bring it back when parts are in. They have always delivered in a very timely manner when doing repairs, AND charges always seem fair and above board, and never any hidden or unexpected costs. If so, they are parexecellence calling and asking permission before proceeding with work. They are tops in my book. |

| Service Performed: | Determine why no trailer brakes on new 5th wheel trailer purchase. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Drew started with brake control in tow vehicle by testing it and determined that control was at fault and needed replacement. New control installed, tested and adjusted for new trailer in 30 minutes. Started our first trip out without delay or troubles, unit continues to fuction properly. | ||
