  Date of Service:   3/17/2014
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Check for air leak (left picture of leaky valve); check for fuel leak on engine; do annual chassis and engine service.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Engine service done as requested at very reasonable price; could not find leaky valve but did find leaky air line; could not find fuel leak in spite of
leaving engine idling ALL DAY with resultant liquid on ground; ran batteries down and diagnosed as bad alternator which I am not now convinced was
bad, but I have already paid for replacement. Charged batteries, and left accessory wires disconnected and battery terminals less than finger tight. Took
nearly two weeks for a 2 day job. I would go back for engine and chassis service, but would drive 150 miles to Ft Worth for anything more complicated.
  Value of Service:   Good
  Quality of Service:   Fair

  Date of Service:   4/30/2013
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Allison transmission was leaking fluid at the output shaft seal. They replaced, seal, yoke, and related parts.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Good quality work, service could have been better. They called the day after I left it with an estimate and said they would order parts which would
take "a day or two." I called two days later to check status and only then did they realize "hmmm, those parts haven't arrived!" They called back to
tell me they sent a guy to pick up the parts approximately 30 miles away. And they had to go back the next day because one part was wrong. Overall
it took 6 days to accomplish a job that required approximately 2 hr labor.
