1. Replaced bedroom slideout roller that had sheared off and replaced fasteners in other rollers
2. Adjusted kitchen slideout to close evenly 3. Replaced living area slide seal to fix water leak |

All work was performed by Sydney, who has been there 14 years, and is their slide specialist. All repairs were completed in the time frame promised and all
problems were corrected. |

| Service Performed: | Replaced the backup camera. Attempted to repair the icemaker & freezer, ordered a freezer door to be shipped that day, didn't arrive before we left, they were going to ship to our house, never received. Put some sealant on the roof (brand new MH with leaking roof, didn't remove old sealant, just a patch job)took measurements where the wood was damaged (didn't order wood). Didn't attempt to fix the Kingdome. I had a list of items but only the camera was fixed. They have attempted repairs twice but we still have our same problems. No service after the sale. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | We bought our MH from Camper Country new. They advertise they have a full service repair dept. but we still have 95% of the same problems. There is no service after the sale. They did not follow up on anything with us. We have tried twice with Camper Country to fix all of the items under our warranty but they don't know us anymore since the sale is over. We are now having to go to the factory to get our MH repaired. | ||
