We have been going to Barrington Motor Sales RV for 13 years. We've purchased three motorhomes from them and have always been pleased with the way we are treated and the quality of work performed. The charges are always reasonable and the family owners are always available. We would not go anywhere else for our service or purchases. Highly recommended!

Good work, but awful service manager. Both the tech and service manager were new employees. The tech had never done a toad baseplate and
wiring before and needed more time than normal to do it. The new service manager then tried to bill me for all those extra hours (more than $1500
over and above normal rates I'd been hearing from others online). I had to dispute the bill with Barrington Motor Sales management who finally
adjusted it grudgingly. This was the second bad experience I had with Barrington Motor Sales trying to gouge me with bills higher than original
quotes, so I will never do business with these jokers again even though they're the closest dealer to my house.

Purchased new Georgetown 378 Class from Barrington in February 2011 for delivery to the Canadian market. Ordered unit new with Canadian specs but odometer came in for USA market. They changed out prior to leaving but new odometer was set with 1600+ miles on it when it should have had approximately 260 miles.

I have discussed this with one of the owners, Bryan Bransky on couple of occasions where he indicated he would get to the bottom of the problem and call the manufacturer. There has been no initiative or incentive to resolve the problem now that he has the money for the motorhome. There has been gaps of a month in between discussions but I never hear back from him or the factory representative and now it's been 3+ months and no calls back.
Canadian customers should use caution as it feels that once the sale has been made they really aren't that interested in after-sales service.

This is the dealer we bought our new coach from. We had them install Maxx Air vent covers on our new coach.

We are now finding that the delimitation problems we are having are due to leaks caused by the incorrectly installed covers. They screwed the covers to the roof instead of the vent frame, and did not caulk the holes
they made.
