  Date of Service:   10/2/2015
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Was having an intermittent check engine light. Diagnosed to be a faulty fuel pump. Had fuel pump replaced same day, and coordinated payment with our
extended warranty company.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work done on time on budget.
  Value of Service:   Very Good
  Quality of Service:   Excellent

  Date of Service:   5/10/2014
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Removed oil pan and submitted estimate of repair cost.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Overall the people were very nice and appeared to be professional but their cost estimate was $49,957.94. They were replacing parts that did not need
to be replaced such as radiator and all hoses. They needed to be flushed but not replaced. Also three weeks labor charges which should have been one
week according to other shops. Had it towed to Cummins in Phoenix, (see review on that shop). After it was removed they then charged me for more
labor than it actually took to remove the oil pan and they said they had already ordered parts and charged me for restocking fee. Even though they said
that there was no engine available in the country. Why was there a restocking fee for something they said didn't exist at the time.
  Value of Service:   Poor
  Quality of Service:   Fair

  Date of Service:   5/5/2014
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Went in for chirping noise in front wheel, thought it was a caliper. Had owned coach for - month or so. They found mismatched bearing and race with
no oil in hub. Repaired that and on test drive found rear wheel bearings on driver's side only hand tight on inner and 50 lbs torque on outer. Ruptured
seal had allowed oil to soak brake shoes. Repaired all and back on the road ... safely this time!
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Saved us from serious damage and potential disaster. Worth the expense.
  Value of Service:   Excellent
  Quality of Service:   Excellent

Service Performed:   I had a front wheel seal replaced by them. Prompt, quality work, but expensive.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   So far the seal has held up with no problems. Had the Foretravel RV factory replace the same one and it only lasted a few months. Cost at the factory was only 1/2 what Freightliner charge... guess you get what you pay for.

  Date of Service:   3/9/2011
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Transmission service, hub oil check and new air filter
Evaluation of Service Performed:   We called ahead to schedule an appointment and a very helpful woman named Amy took care of everything, including verifying that the parts we needed would be there to avoid us waiting. Our appointment was for 9am in the morning. As most Freightliners appear to be, they were understaffed that day and a local big corporate customer had just dropped off a number of trucks overnight with no warning. Needless to say they were not able to get us in at 9am, but they were able to get us in within reasonable time, and they kept us informed of exactly where we were and what was going on so that we could remain comfortable while we waited, we're full time RV'ers.

Once we did get the rig in, Nick, the service technician, took good care of us. He was informative and conscientious with his service. He pointed out a few things to watch for going forward and was quickly done and had us on our way. All with a consistent smile and friendly attitude. You can't ask for anything more than that. Any time I'm within a few hundred miles I will go out of my way to go there for service.

Company Contact:   Josh, Amy or Gerry
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Annual service including oil and filter change and both fuel filter change.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Made appointment for 8 a.m on Saturday. Arrived 7:45 and they were surprised I had an appointment. I thought "here we go". When they
asked who I spoke to and when and I was able to tell them, aren't smart iphones a wonderful invention? I was informed there were only
two techs and a service advisor there. Told them what I wanted done and specifically told service advisor "19 Qts of oil ONLY!". Rig went into
the shop before 8:30. Two hours work was complete. When I asked about the amount of oil the service adviser went 'oh shoot' I forgot to
mention that and ran into the back. The tech came out and said he only put 19 qts. in because he noticed the back side of the dip stick had been
notched for recalibration. I was impressed with the attention to that level of detail. Glad to have the work done as since becoming full timers we
normally have the work done at the factory service center in Gaffney, S.C. but this year the wife didn't want to go that far. For this service I
would say this place compares well to the standard Gaffney sets. However, it was NOT cheap but willing to pay to have it done.
