| Service Performed: | I had gone on a trip and my water heater stopped working, I had a mobile tech in the area replace my gas valve, it still didn't work so they replaced it again and then it still didn't work. So they replaced the thermocouple and pilot assembly. I get back home and it still doesn't work. I bring it to Diederich's and they found that the gas valve is in fact bad. The mobile guy must have damaged the previous ones upon install. | ||
