The company was referred by a local dealer's salesman who was not sure whether mobile service would be provided by the company. When we phoned on Saturday afternoon, the owner, Terry, stated that he normally does not provide mobile service, but since we were staying only 5 miles from his shop, he could do it if no one else could. He suggested we try a local mobile tech, but to call back if that man was not available. He wasn't, so Terry checked that he had parts for the appliances we have and promised to come first thing Monday morning.
The work is now done and we are pleased that we didn't have to "uncamp" to go somewhere for service. Terry struck us as honest, capable and thoroughly professional. We would go to his company for service again. |
