My plastic end attachment for my #1 gray tank cable broke. It snakes 94 inches under the belly of the 5th Wheel, and since I paid for that extended warranty, it just seemed like more work than I wanted to tackle - dropping the under belly. I was referred to Convenience RV in Willis, Texas. Called them and they said just bring it in.
The folks at Convenience RV were exceptionally accommodating, very friendly, fixed the rig while I waited and even found a 94" cable - evidently the standard cable length is roughly 72 inches. They have a restaurant on the premises that is all home cooking. The chicken fried stake, sausages, kielbasa, home made mac and cheese and mashed potatoes, corn bread and dinner rolls were magnificent. Everyone working at Convenience RV was tremendous, especially Dave who did the actual cable replacement. Super people. I know how stressful it can be if your rig breaks on the road, and it's always good to have a referral from a fellow Escapee. |

Washer, overflow pan/drain line installation was also excellent, however the vent cover outside, was loose and not caulked. |

they have done work for us in 05 06 08 2010 |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | They went above and beyond to get me fixed. They called Fleetwood to get permission to do the work and did it in one day. Their work is 5 star and we have used them every time we are in Willis or we will drive 100 miles if we need to. | ||
