Had a check engine light on. They read the codes that indicated low fuel pressure. Checked everything out, replaced and cut open old fuel filters. Drove the
coach extensively under heavy load, but could not recreate event. |

It was probably a one time event, but they did everything they could to find it.Kept me advised via phone with everything they were doing. Megan is just
great to work with. Never could find anything and apologized profusely that they could not cause the code to throw again. I have driven the coach several thousand miles since then with no issues. Very pleased with their service. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | They had to overnight the replacement from Atlanta. They let us stay in their facility. Got several phone calls on my cell phone letting us know the up to date status. They checked on us that night to see if we needed anything. They completely took care of my extended warranty. Service was friendly and great. | ||
