| Service Performed: | Extensive list of extended warranty repairs, and extensive list of maintenance and add ons. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | All jobs were not completed. When returning home, later found cover off converter/inverter so checked other repairs. Found broken door on generator, front trim pulled off the exterior of the RV, fuel pump station door wracked out of alignment, dirty fingerprints everywhere, etc. Needless to say, after spending more than $3000 out of pocket, plus what was collected from extended warranty along with explanation as to why we had been unhappy with a previous service company, I would have THOUGHT that there would have been an extra attempt at excellence to keep my business. It aggravated me to have to take my camper back to have my repairs, repaired. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | The work was OK however I was charged for 8 quarts of oil at $3.99. I informed the sales guy that my engine holds only 5 quarts. He told me that the service included 8 quarts and I would have to pay for 8 whether it used one or 8. A $12 rip-off as far as I'm concerned. And I understand that is a company wide policy. Never again! | ||
