Work Done on:
Class C

Service Performed:
Pre-purchase inspection of a motorhome I wanted to purchase in a private deal. They were going to go over the motorhome and advise me of any issues.
Strictly cabin/accessories, no chassis components.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
They were very friendly, knowledgeable and informative when I first approached them about doing a pre-purchase inspection for me. We can do it Thursday
they said. After a week of tomorrows, they finally did the inspections. The motorhome owner paid to fix the furnace and one other thing I believe. I bought
the motorhome and on my first trip found that the furnace still doesn't work properly (it comes on when it feels like it or not at all) and the food in the fridge
started going bad. Wasted a fair bit of food. Well, So much for paying for a pre-purchase inspection. I just hope the fridge isn't bad because they are NOT
cheap.

Work Done on:
Travel Trailer

Service Performed:
While on a return trip through the eastern US, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, the upper seal on the slide-out became detached. The trailer was just about 18 months old and 6 months out of warranty. I reinstalled the seal as best I could and after arriving home contacted VOS Trailers from whom I purchased the trailer. Although the trailer was "out of warranty" they worked with the manufacturer and the seal was replaced without charge, materials and labour. I have had other work done from time to time and it has always been performed quickly and at a reasonable cost. I would not fail to recommend them both for sales and service.
