Quickly diagnosed problem and replaced brake cable and foot brake. No charge, they submitted claim to Ford for warranty work. Very professional shop.
Will be taking my RV in all future maintenance and repair work on chassis. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | The shop immediately inspected the universal housing and found metal flakes, indicating the joint was set to tight and was chewing itself up. They immediately went about finding a replacement, which are difficult to come by. Even though they were told 6-10 weeks for a replacement, they pressed and got us one in about 2 weeks. Did the job well, with no problems. | ||
