Replaced cooling coil on Norcold 1200, replaced
alternator, replaced hydraulic jack hose |

Fridge never worked correctly after their "repair" the
alternator had to be replaced because they shorted out some wires taking out fridge, charged $1200 for a 15 foot hydraulic hose, when I questioned the charges the owner, Jill, cussed me out and said I was not a tech and I shouldn't question anything. I would not send my worst enemy to this place. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Very good. Had difficulty with my extended warranty company but showed a lot of patience. Have other work performed there in the past and they have always done a good job. | ||

5th Wheel Trailer

| Service Performed: | Repaired broken shocks and springs on our 5th wheel. Thought everything was fine until we reached Florida where we had a blowout because the springs they installed were the wrong size and everything broke again. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | When we called to report the problems we had they were very uncooperative and ignored our calls. It cost us over $2000, out of our pockets, to have them repaired again. | ||
