Although they did see us within a couple of days notice, once we arrived we were anything but impressed. The shop is a messy disaster, we waited for over
an hour after our scheduled appointment until they'd see us, and the kicker was, they didn't have all the parts needed for this simple job, but neglected to tell us about it until 2:30 pm when we checked back in with them to see how the work was coming along. We drove 1 hour to get the parts ourselves so they could finish it up. They did, by 4:59 pm but we should have known it was a rush job, because when we left the brakes weren't adjusted properly, the nuts were torqued down so tight our wheel almost caught fire after driving 100 miles. We are having another shop redo what they did. Grr. |

Diagnosed & replace a bad power steering unit that
also supplies power breaks. |

They had to order the unit from Cheyenne. Of course
this happened on a Friday afternoon. They let me Plug in to their 120v so I could have power & "boondock" on the site. Once my RV was in the garage for work, i had to stay overnight again because the 1st part was bad. They allowed me free run of their garage at night. |
