On the drive home from the shop, the motor home still pulled. I called the shop as soon as I got home and scheduled an appointment to make the adjustments. We were soon taking a major family vacation, and this appointment was the first stop of the two-week long itinerary. I was disappointed. Although the motor home was put in the shop at 12:00 PM, we didn't get back on the road until 6:00 PM. These guys extremely disregarded the customer's time in this case. It wasn't bad enough that the first front end alignment wasn't right, but that they didn't make it a priority when it came back in (knowing that we were on vacation) made it worse.
