Norcold refrigerator not cooling.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
Keckner's Tech Chris arrived and diagnosed the thermister as the problem. The thermister was replaced and the refrigerator was back to normal the next day.
Company under new ownership and Owner Hunter Behnke was very helpful at the service area parts department.
All three waste holding tanks were leaking. After initial visit to get information and order tanks, two tanks were replaced on January 28th. The third tank was to be patched. On March 21, 2011 the service man came back and was going to close up the sealed belly of the RV, which had been left partially undone all this time. I questioned about the tank being patched, and after uttering some excuse, said he would return the next day to finish the job. Friday, April 15th, I closed the belly up, deciding they were not going to complete the job. Today, April 18th, they called to make an appointment, but I told them I no longer needed their service.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
I watched the tank installation carefully. They did a quality install, I have dated pictures. However, stretching a job over a three month period, is totally unacceptable to me. To add to this, at least one time they made an appointment and never showed.

Evaluation of Service Performed:  
First of all, the company has moved from Arkansas Pass to Rockport. We used their mobile service. My only complaint was the truck didn't have a very good selection of tools.
