  Service Performed:   Was suppose to fix wiring problem and a few small things and do a complete check of unit as it was new to us to be sure everything was in proper working
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   When they were named Diamond Trials RV we had work done there. We were charged a lot of money for this. Like $3000.00. and once we got the unit back
we realized that half the work had not even been done! We left for the winter and that's when we discovered the problems. I contacted Chad who no longer
works there about everything and said when we returned we would work something out on a refund. Since Chad no longer works there I dealt with Debby
who stated it has been too long so we get screwed. We had no vents on roof! If you do a once over how do you miss that? Chain on ceiling fan lite missing.
Furnace went out on us due to a short in the wiring. Main reason for taking it there. Ceiling light above door still has short in it. We had no electric to lower
part of unit. Our hot water heater didn't work. Our frig would only run on propane. Still having problems with tail lights. We also only had 1 set of keys so
we paid for an extra set and still only have 1 door key. I have no idea what they charged us for as you can tell the work was not done.I feel they owe us a
refund of some kind. I believe they over charged us and now won't own up to their mistakes. Of course we had to pay others to fix the majority of what was
wrong so we are out even more now!
