Date of Service:
Work Done on:
Class A - Diesel
Scheduled appointment to do maintenance service (change oil, filters, lube, replace air dryer filter) for a diesel motorhome built on a Freightliner chassis.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Some of the mechanics do not like to work on motorhomes - and they let you know it. They did not have the correct air dryer filter on the day of service so they scheduled me back in two days later to do that work. When I brought it back they had one of the two parts they needed - so they scheduled me back in the following Monday. On Monday they still did not have the part and parts could not find a record in their computer. You would think when you have a scheduled appointment for work to be done that they would have all the parts on hand especially since the chassis is a Freightliner chassis. I can not recommend this place to anyone.
