  Date of Service:   4/1/2019
  Company Contact:   Stuart
  Work Done on:   Travel Trailer
Service Performed:   We had 2 solar panels installed along with a solar
controller as well.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   We had a great experience at RV Master Techs! I
found this RV repair service online and noticed they
had a large number of 5 star ratings. The price was
reasonable and our RV technician Stuart went above
and beyond what was expected by spending an almost
an hour teaching us how to use the new solar system
and would highly recommend them if you need solar
for your RV.

  Work Done on:   Travel Trailer
Service Performed:   Had the fridge replaced in my 17-year-old molded fiberglass travel trailer. A labor intensive procedure where the old and new fridges needed to be partly
disassembled to get them out and in. Other shops in the Phoenix area didn't want to touch the project.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent. Good communication, were willing to listen to advice from third-party that had done the work before, explained the process to me and let me
watch, used dropcloths to protect my furnishings and cleaned up the floor when they were done, charged me less in labor than I think they should have.

  Date of Service:   11/10/2013
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Diagnose and repair Onan 4000 Microlite that won't remain running after release of starter switch.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   I took my RV into RV Master Techs (RVMT) into Goodyear to look at my Onan Microlite 4000 generator that was still in the RV bay. The problem
that I was having is that it would turn over and fire but would not remain running immediately after the starter button was disengaged. They told
me that they replaced the carburetor and that it was still doing the same thing and they wanted to take it to the local Onan place in town to have
them troubleshoot it which I allowed. RVMT told me Onan stated that the Stator was bad and the cost would be $1800 to fix. I rejected that and
had RVMT remove the generator from the bay so that I could put something else in there. They removed the new carburetor and gave me the
generator back without the old carburetor reinstalled. I got the carb back in a box. My neighbor is an experienced mechanic offered to take a
look at the generator. Before taking it apart, we immediately noticed that there was break in the armature as we could see that through the
ventilation openings. We removed and dismantled the generator and discovered that there was damage in the unit and we found the foreign
metal object that caused the damage. Heres the problem, before taking it to RVMT, the unit was free wheeling without hindrance that would have
been noticeable with the extensive damage in the generator area, so that occurred AFTER I turned it over to them. I was charged $300 for them to
effectively remove the unit with the carburetor removed and with a more severe problem than when it was given to them.

  Date of Service:   9/15/2009
  Company Contact:   Andy Jackson
  Work Done on:   Toy Hauler
Service Performed:   Generator service, wash and wax, bunk hangs up when brought down and other basic repairs
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Great job, they did all the repairs for the estimate they provided and even found some other items when they did a free 32 point inspection. They found the shock was never hooked up from the factory. They reinstalled it for no charge just the cost of a bushing kit. The wash and wax turned out great and the detailed the inside also. Great job.
