Replaced A/C condenser coil on 2017 Tiffin 37AP. Coil
literally blew apart. Bill contacted Tiffin, had replacement coil shipped and installed along with associated parts. |

It took 4 business days to complete the work, but
most of the time was waiting for the part to arrive. It took about a day to make the repairs once the coil arrived and this was less than a week after Irma came through Atlanta...Cummins was busy! Bill is a good service advisor, he kept me updated on the repair progress |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Two other RV shops had unit for 4 months and could not fix the generator. Power South fixed the generator, fixed an outside mirror and handled a recall on my refrigerator in 3 days. Service manager, Chris, called me 4 or 5 times to let me know the status. Unbelievable Service! | ||

| Service Performed: | They solved a bucking problem in my coach that several shops had not been able to solve. The coach would buck and lurch between 35-50 mph. It wound up being an engine software problem. Bill Thomas would not give up. He called in a regional Cummins rep and then finally an engineer from the Cummins factory in Indiana. They had to tear the bedroom apart to get to the engine, but the put is all back together as original. They work very clean and do not get your coach dirty. The coach runs great now. | ||
