The alignment they did seems to have been fine and there was a noticeable difference. They also adjusted the ride height and I think that was done
incorrectly. The coach now leans in the front more to one side. I will probably have to take it to another shop to have that checked. The oil change was fine. The filter changes....they didn't change the secondary fuel filter with water separator even though I was told they did. But they also didn't charge me for it. They also left the coach dirty. While they did put plastic down inside on the carpet and the driver's seat. It was left there and it was absolutely filthy. Outside steps had grease all over them as well as the entry steps. Was not happy about that. They ran one day over even though I did have an appointment. But that was not a big deal because we didn't need the coach. There not the best communicators but did answer all my questions when I called and asked. All the people there were very friendly. A little pricey, but not a lot of choices in Las Vegas for alignment on coaches with tag axles. All in all I would use them again, if needed. I will also add that I have a spartan chassis and they were willing to work on it. |

Alternator was going out on my NEW 2014 Newmar on Freightliner chassis. Limped into this facility and although busy, diagnosed the problem within an
hour. Had to order part, unfortunately it was late Friday. They have space for 3 RV's to stay, dry camp, just outside their lot, which we did till Monday. On the road and problem fixed by Monday noon. Could not ask for better than that. |

Engine light on intermittently, tach bouncing erratically, engine surging at idle. Diagnosed as a faulty engine speed
sensor. |

No appointments, first come, first served. Repaired, 2 hours labor plus parts was fair. Work completed and all is well. Very polite staff. The only
negative is that they are large and very busy with motorhomes and big rigs, so there will be a wait. |
