| Service Performed: | Diagnose HWH jacks and slides failure to function. Order and replace shuttle valve. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Randy, Monica, Barry, and Diana all worked to get us back on the road again as soon as possible. Because Barry squeezed us in on a Friday afternoon, Randy was only able to determine a possible diagnosis. Barry had us back on Monday AM, Monica confirmed the diagnosis with further testing, Diana ordered the part immediately from HWH who overnighted it, and then Barry squeezed us in on Tuesday afternoon so Monica could remove and replace the valve. Everyone was so friendly, courteous, and pleasantly answered all our questions. Monica also showed us the old valve along with the new one so we could see how it had failed, and gave us the old valve. We could not have had a more pleasant experience than we did in working with Travel Time RV, and especially their efforts to get us back on the road with working jacks and slides. | ||
