Called him on a Saturday due to lack of any 12 volt electricity. Came promptly, did not have the part but took the old one off, cleaned it and reinstalled it, and showed me how to do it myself if it ever happened again.

Service call was a reasonable price, especially since it was a weekend, and we had power again within 2 hours. We could then close our slides.

Our kitchen sink faucet progressively produced less and less water. David arrived when he said he would be at our coach, took his shoes off upon entering and cleaned out the calcium clogging the water line in very little time. He even explained to me how to disassemble the water line in case it occurs in the future.

Evaluation of Service Performed:

We have had David work on our Cummins engine which would not start, our AquaHot furnace with a low level shut off, a slide that had a water leak, along with an air conditioner that melted a switch. He has always been prompt in getting to us, held to his appointment time (or called and gave us an update), never throws parts at a problem, acts professionally and bills at a very reasonable rate. He does not just work 9 to 5 on weekdays.
In our resort I do not hesitate to recommend him to owners or renters alike.
There are other mobile RV repair people in our resort, but I will stay with the person who has treated me honestly and fairly, David Ryks.

David is just a great guy. He came out and had the A/C fixed in just a few minutes - had the part with him already! Took the time to point out a few other things as well. Friendly, helpful, and knows his stuff. He arrived at the lot about an hour after I called for his help! No A/C in the Florida heat was not fun - but he had it fixed before the sun could heat things up!
David also worked with my annoying warranty company to get everything taken care of.

Upon calling for heat our Atwood furnace blower would come on but fail to ignite.

Mr Ryks determined that the sail switch was inoperative due to a build-up of crud around the switch contact. A good cleaning resolved the problem without need for parts.
