Call was made requesting service on rear air conditioner that was not working properly. Rick inspected air conditioner and decided it just needed cleaning. Cleaned both air conditioner and was charged for service call and the cleanings. That night it was apparent that original problem still existed with rear air conditioner. Called 4 Seasons next morning, was told that Rick would be over. Called back that afternoon after noon showed and was put on service list for first thing next morning. Rick showed up, got air conditioner to run and said he would check back Monday morning with us. We called Monday morning to report air conditioner still not fixed and were told Rick would be out. No Rick by afternoon. Called office again and were told we would be first call next morning. By 10:00 no Rick so called office and canceled service call. Called All Around Mobile RV Service who arrived in 30 minutes. Tech easily diagnosed problem. Reverse flow valve was defective. Unit was ac/heat pump. Said problem should have been apparent to first repairman. Ordered new unit, no charge for diagnosing problem. Will install new unit tomorrow for $80 labor charge. Had already paid 4 Seasons $147.50.

Work was sub-standard. Treatment by company was shoddy. Felt very scammed by whole experienced. Would not recommend 4 Seasons to anyone needing service on RV.

Our main awning on our motorhome was mechanically malfunctioning and ruined the fabric and arms to where we could not put the awning in to drive our coach. We called 4 Seasons RV Service and Debi had a service tech right out same day, Rick was extremely helpful and polite and went over all our options and what to expect. Within 24 hours Debi had phoned us back with all the informations from our insurance company to the due date on our awning.

The day our parts came in Rick and his employee came over and installed all new parts and fabric, in a timely manner, we where so pleased with his work that we had him order window awnings for the rest of our coach that did not have awning. Thank You Rick for your professional service and honesty.
