| Service Performed: | Remove and replace cooling unit on our Norcold 4-Door refrigerator. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Called Trailer Refrigeration Inc. on 4-21-09 and talked to Tina regarding our problem with our Norcold refrigerator. Tina turned me over to Rick the Owner/Tech who I found to be very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We discussed my symptoms with my refrigerator which Rick determined to be the cooling unit. Rick scheduled us for 4-23-09 @ 8:00am. and promptly started on the job of removing the refrigerator. T.R.I. also handled all the contact with DFS Extended Warranty people and made the whole experience less hectic. Overall I would recommend T.R.I. to anyone wanting prompt, professional and friendly service. The refrigerator is working perfect. | ||

| Service Performed: | The cooling unit of our Norcold 4 door refrigerator died and the refrigerator and freezer lost their "cool". Rick replaced the cooling unit. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Excellent! The work was done on the day it was scheduled, completed in the time frame estimated, for the exact price quoted. Rick seemed extremely competent and knowledgeable about both Norcold and Dometic. This is a family owned business and it was obvious Rick took pride in his work. We felt lucky to have found them. | ||
