  Work Done on:   Pop-up Trailer
Service Performed:   Well last year I purchased a 99 Dutchmen tent trailer from them, used. After waiting 3 hrs to pick it up and my first camping trip, I noticed that the roof was rotten on both side panels. Not only was the pre-inspection not done properly, but they refused to take back the trailer for the money I payed.

So, the story is, I bought it in April, the pick up date was in May, 3 weeks. The appointment was for 10 am. They had just pulled the trailer up that morning. Nothing was done, including the new tires to be installed as my purchase agreement stated. It was not cleaned until I said something. The work was pathetic. So, I ended up missing a days pay, $21.66/hr x 8 hrs. I fixed everything they missed myself. So, the first camping weekend, away I go. It rained. Brown stuff out from the roof on the outside. Clearly the roof was rotten. I felt around and it was like sponge. I was pissed now.. So I called them and told them I'm bringing it back. They looked at it, refused a refund but said they'd fix the one side that felt rotten. But said it would be OK for the summer and bring it back in the fall. So all summer it dripped brown water out of it, like someone through a coke can at it, not only that, the trailer swayed like crazy, I bought a sway bar. So that fixed that. But on my vacation, I checked the air pressure, tires are rated for 50 psi, they had 25psi,, thats why it swayed. So putting in 50 psi was another problem, the one valve stem was torn at the rim, and would only hold 25 psi. Back to the dealer and demanded new valves be put it. The service manager was such a dick I almost punched him out. But thanks to the young guy there, he fixed it. Even thou the service manager said they had no valve stems, go figure. So at the end of the season, I was locking down the roof. Went to lock the one side and the latch fell right out of the other side of the trailer. The wood there was rotten too. Story is, they totally refuse to replace the other side. Even after contacting the RVDA, nothing was done. All I can do now is sue them for my time and money I've put into this, now its fine.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The work was pathetic.. Not only did they crack the roof in each corner. But they ripped one of the privacy curtains inside, and after all the BS you think they would check things over. I ended up re-caulking everything they had done. Very Poor quality. The RVDA was useless, the RV Warehouse is useless. Take you vehicle to a respected place. Stay away from their shoddy workmanship

  Work Done on:   Travel Trailer
Service Performed:   Picked up trailer on June 12, 08 a Jayco 2009 314BHDS and took it home ofter the walk through and was told all systems had been fully checked. Picked up my family and headed to our campsite. The very next morning I noticed a drip from the enclosed underbelly and placed a paper plate to collect it to see what it was turned out to be from my black water tank. Called the service at the RV Warehouse and was told I would have to bring it back (a 2 hour drive ). After two weeks of negotiating they agreed to pick the unit up and tow it to their service bay. After a week in the shop I was told they would have to order a new tank and they would be able to fix it on my site and that they had done the best they could to seal the leak for now. I was all OK with this until the work on the unit at my site was performed. I was unable to be there when the technician performed the work and was told I didn't have to be. The first day the tech could not finish and the second day he was done by noon. I called my dad who was close by to check out the unit and he told me it didn't look right. I went up to my site and looked under at the repair the underbelly had been just duct taped and not put back in the groove at all with many gaping holes. When I tested the tank it leaked worse than ever. Called up service and they said he would be back out the next day. He did and found the tank sprayer was faulty again Replaced it and tightened the 3" coupler the following day and sealed the underbelly. I went up on the Thursday after he had completed the work only to find pieces of underbelly cut and on the ground large amounts of spray foam and still lots of gaps and oh yes the tank still leaded. Called them about the problems they said some one would be there on Friday as they knew my family was due to leave for a trip on Saturday. Friday morning I called to arrange to meet the tech on site and they then said no one would be there that I would have to bring the unit in for service. Couldn't do it before trip so I had to buy a tote for black water storage. I dropped the the unit off after my holiday they had it for two weeks and called me to say all was done. No leak in the tank but the underbelly is still full of holes and looks terrible. They feel they are not responsible for damages to the unit during work and I should pay to have it fixed. Still fighting with them and will be calling the better business bureau .
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Very sloppy inside of unit had sealants left on floor and was difficult to clean was made to feel that I don't matter. A new metal strip added to help hold the underbelly had not been cut with a hacksaw but instead bent back and forth until it snapped to the length desired insulation not installed under tank properly and underbelly still full of holes and large balls of spray foam. Experienced mechanics I DON'T THINK SO!
