  Service Performed:   Fix screen door latch warranty issue. Took trailer in was told would take some time because of the paper work involved to manufacturer. Didn't plan to hear
anything for a while. Got a call back with in a few days, everything all set. Got great service from Lindsy & Ryan.

  Service Performed:   Plate was to be installed on jeep for towing.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   2 months prior e-mails and phone calls to order parts were made. I dropped by 2 weeks prior to appointment to check on our parts and confirm
appointment. The parts were not ordered as there was a communication issue between service and parts people. That was corrected and I was all set to
drop off my jeep for 9:00AM arrived in time and they said you can pick it up in three days!! Really unprepared for to wait three days for a part installation
on the jeep I was upset and let them know that it was unacceptable. I made an appointment and expected it ready by the end of the day (2-3 hour job at
the most). We got our deposit about $500.00 and left. No apology from the service manager! However, the cashier was very apologetic and so was the
front desk hostess. Campers Inn has been awesome. They now have our business. Their service department is excellent.

  Service Performed:   Suppose to be warranty work on slides, leveling system, air ride system, water pump for cabin, driver shade, wheel bearing pack, trans flush, state
inspection, slide service, seal left front corner of bus, door awning motor cover
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   After 3 weeks of setting on their lot I took my motor home because they had put a screw in the left front corner of my bus and added a little sealer around it,
they cut a hose to my rear slides, and they fixed the left drivers side shade. no other repairs in 3 weeks, nothing called into warranty, these guys are
absolutely useless, if you don't want to use your motor home then take to these guys so they can charge you for letting it set around. I would not
recommend these guys to clean out my toilet.

  Service Performed:   I had an electrical problem with dash lights staying on and overhead dash light coming on whenever I went over a bump. In addition, the ABS light was on continually.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   I took the unit to the dealer 3 times to get the problem fixed. The replaced the bulb I took out of the light what would not shut off and called it good. It took two trips for them to find the ABS sensor was bad and charged full price each time. I asked for them to test drive to evaluate the intermittent lights coming of when you go over a bump. They drove around the yard!! The wiring problem still exists and I paid each time they went on a fishing trip to find the problem. Very poor quality of work and concern.
